PARACELL

Perlite filter-aid

PARACELL is a sterile, non-toxic, tasteless, and odorless filter-aid made by firing natural perlite produced by volcanic action at high temperatures through our own special processing process.
PARACELL consisting granular particles forms filtercakes with a porosity of 70 to 80%, many of the capillaries formed as the crosslinking between PARACELL granule speed up filtration and remove smaller than micron particles as well.

Good economy based on light weight

  • The weight compared to the volume is lighter by more than twice compared to other filtration aids, so the use of filtration aids can be reduced by more than 20 to 30% and the cost of waste disposal can also be reduced.
  • By reducing overload on filtration facilities, costs for equipment maintenance and admistration, especially the number of knife replacements, can be significantly reduced.

Excellent filtration speed

  • Adjust the particle size distribution to maintain a porosity of 70 to 80% to maximize the filtration
  • Many capillaries formed by the crosslinking role between unique PARACELL particles increase filtration speed.

High cleanliness

  • The filter cake of the PARACELL forms a capillaries with a unique shape, so it can remove ultra-fine impurities below the micron.

Eco-friendly materials

  • It is a non-asbestos-containing product and is harmless to the human body with crystalline silica of 0.1% or less.
  • It is a product that is natural perlite created by volcanic action and fired at high temperature and has aseptic, nontoxic, tasteless and odorless properties.
