Cryogenic insulation filler

As a cryogenic insulation filler, CR605&615 is a thermal insulation material in tended to aid in maintaining the cryogenic state in oxygen tanks, nitrogen tanks, LNG tanks and other ultracold storage tanks, as well as in air separation units(ASU) and LNG vessels. Cryogenic insulation filler can be installed through direct production in the field, and overcomes the problem of density increase by minimizing the product demolition caused by the product load. Cryogenic insulation filler is recognized worldwide for its excellence in product performance and quality.

Features

Ultralight

Cold insulation filler overcomes the density increase problem caused by product load through its ultralight weight, enabling designs exceeding the height limit of an ASU.

Heat insulation

As it delivers outstanding thermal resistivity, it is widely used as thermal insulation material for cryogenic storage tanks and LPG vessels, both domestically and internationally.

Economic feasibility

It enables a reduction in thickness when designing thermal insulation for cryogenic liquefied gas storage tanks.

Durability

It can be used semi-permanently.
