Ultra-efficient microporous insulation (Molded type)
It is an ultra-high-efficiency microporous insulation material that exceeds the limit of existing insulation materials at ultra-high temperatures with 255% superior insulation performance compared to aerogels. Minimized insulation thickness can revolutionize facility space savings and meet both affordability and insulation when used with HYPERLITE and composite systems.
It is a new concept of high-efficiency thermal insulation in which spherical silica particles in micro units are compressed/molded to block heat conduction and to block convection and radiation through numerous diaphragm.

It has a thermal conductivity of 0.022W/mK or less, providing innovative insulation performance compared to existing insulation materials (25% better thermal conductivity than aerogel insulation at 600℃)

ULTRATHERM, which delivers innovative insulation performance, realizes the same performance with approximately 60% of aerosol thickness and approximately 20% of E-glass thickness.

It is possible to save construction period and facility space by reducing thickness, and thereby reduce investment costs.

Excellent water-repellent products that prevent absorption of external moisture are free from moisture interference.
