Industrial high-efficiency water resistant perlite insulation

HYPERLITE has 99% water repellent performance, no heat loss due to moisture absorption, and can be used semi-permanently by preventing rust in plant pipes. It is a highly efficient water resistant perlite insulation that is easy to handle with thinness, low density, and excellent strength, and reduces the load on the facility to reduce the overall plant investment cost.

Product Features

99% full surface water repellency

HYPERLITE with 99% full surface water repellency does not worry about corrosion of pipes or deterioration of insulation due to moisture absorption, which is the biggest disadvantage of conventional fiber-type insulation.

High economy

It has a performance exceeding that of water-repellent perlite insulation _ KS F 4714 Grade 2, so it is possible to reduce heat loss by about 25% compared to the existing perlite insulation KS F 4714 Grade 1 when insulated to the same thickness.

Excellent workability

Compared to existing insulation materials, they are light in weight but has outstanding strength, and thus have excellency for handling and construction, maximize the convenience of construction of the elbow section through molded elbow products, and block energy lost through gaps.

Excellent corrosion resistance

It has a large amount of corrosion inhibitors to prevent corrosion of steelㆍSTS steel pipes, especially shows excellent effect of corrosion resistance in coastal areas where power plants and petrochemical complexes are mainly located.

Excellent durability

It is a molded product which is highly durable and has no physical or chemical changes during long-term use, so it can be used semi-permanently without any changes in insulation performance.

Eco-friendly materials, non-flammable materials

It is a 100% asbestos-free product that is harmless to the human body by mainly using perlite, an Eco-friendly material also used as a filtration aid in the manufacture of food, and is not burned, ensuring safety against unexpected factory fires.
