Construction Method of Esscoat SF

Preparation for work

Operation timingIn principle, the work period shall be constructed at the time when the basic construction for anchors, hangers, ceiling structures, etc. necessary for all DUCT works, piping works, etc. is completed.
Surface treatmentIn principle, dust, release agents, rust, oil, grease, paint, etc. that may impair adhesion to the surface to be constructed shall be removed.

Construction method

Measures shall be taken to ensure that work timing, surface treatment, and field work conditions do not interfere with construction
During construction, the COMPRESSOR pressure shall be 5±1 kg/cm², and the air volume shall be 0.4 m²/MIN or greater.
The distance between the tip of the nozzle and the construction surface shall be 30 to 60 cm, and the construction angle shall be maintained at 90°, but construction of less than 70° shall be prohibited except in special cases.
The mixed material shall be constructed with reference to the nozzle tip 10 mm. However, when changing the nozzle diameter depending on the working conditions, the amount of construction work or the roughness of the construction surface may vary.
Mix the product and water in a weight ratio of Esscoat SF to water as 1:1.1 to 1.3 for 2 to 3 minutes.
The mold inhibitor provided by our company for the purpose of preventing mold generation is used at the following rate.
- →Anti-mold agent : Water = 18L : 15,500L and mix it with the product. (Based on the use of 720 bag)
  (Anti-mold agent : Water = 2.3L : 2,000L)
The mixed product must be used within 30 minutes, and after 30 minutes, it can be reused when a small amount of water is added and mixed to produce a viscosity similar to the initial one. However, products that have passed one hour are discarded.
Measure the construction thickness with a thickness measuring gauge.
Over-construction during curing may occur in color, so it should be avoided, and the area where dropping or cracking occurs should be supplemented in consideration of the degree of curing.
