Characteristics
01
Excellent surface finish with perlite, a natural inorganic material, as the main ingredient
02
Excellent adhesion to the surface of the organic insulating material, so there is no risk of falling off.
03
Spraying on the various shapes can be carried out with uniform thickness and does not require a separate primer application on the surface of the organic insulating material, thus providing excellent construction efficiency and reducing the period of construction.
04
Non-flammable material that is safe from fire with inorganic perlite

Construction Method of Esscoat SF
For curing, rapid drying should be avoided in places with adequate ventilation, and the curing period is as shown in the table below.
Temperature / Construction thickness(mm) | 10mm or lower |
---|---|
Summer (40℃ or lower) | 4~5 days |
Spring, Fall (10~20℃) | 5~6 days |
Winter (4℃ or higher) | 6~7 days |
※ Curing period may vary depending on the environment of the work site, seasonal temperature and humidity, and construction thickness
