Various types of fire resistive spraying solutions

It can be applied not only to general certified fire resistive structures but also to composite beams. It can be applied when designing fireproof performance by securing spraying thickness data for various cross-sectional shape factors. In addition, Esscoat NF-III (antimicrobial) for basement product allows application of the basement without worrying about mold.

Minimum covering thickness in Korea

Obtained the minimum thickness of fire resistive structure in Korea through optimal blending design with ultrafine hollow material. Thin covering thickness enables economical construction such as curtailed construction period and reduced management costs.

Excellent workability and stable quality

The ball-bearing effect of ultra-fine hollow perlite provides excellent workability and excellent dimensional stability. No need for surface coating to prevent dust and no falling/crack/rust.

Construction Method of Esscoat NF-III

Preparation for work
  • Operation timing In principle, all ductwork and piping works shall be constructed after the basic construction of accessories such as anchors and hangers is completed.
  • Temperature The temperature of the construction site and the surface to be attached shall be maintained at 4°C or higher during the construction period and curing period and, when constructing at a temperature below 4℃, thermal insulation measures such as heating shall be taken to reach a temperature of 4℃ or higher, and this temperature shall be maintained during the standard curing period after construction.
  • Surface treatment The surface of the work surface shall be inspected to remove foreign substances such as dust rust, oil, paint, etc. and when constructing the Gwangmyeongdan painting area, the foreign substances as described above shall be removed and the adhesion shall be checked before construction.
Construction method
  • After Esscoat NF-III is added, water is mixed at a weight ratio of 1:1.1:1.5, and stirred with a mixer for about 2 to 5 minutes.
  • In principle, the distance between the tip of the nozzle and the construction surface shall be maintained at 30 to 60 cm, and the construction angle shall be 90°, and the construction work to be sprayed below 70° shall be prohibited.
  • Esscoat NF-III can perform the construction with certified thickness with a one-time construction.
Curing

Curing shall be made in places with adequate ventilation and the rapid drying should be avoided, and the curing period shall be as shown in the table below.
