High performance fumed silica VIP
HYPER-VAC provides an insulation solution for zero energy house realization and special purpose transportation. It has excellent insulation performance and various three-dimensional shapes compared to existing insulation materials, so it can be used in buildings, refrigerators, frozen tower cars, LNG ships, and anywhere that requires cooling and heating.

It has a thermal conductivity of 0.0045W/mK or less and can be applied in thin thickness based on excellent insulation performance of 8 times more than conventional insulation, making it suitable for small-space remodeling or passive houses.

Perlite and fumed silica, which are eco-friendly inorganic materials, are the main ingredients and have excellent fire stability by ensuring nonflammable performance due to the nature of inorganic materials.

Due to its low density characteristics, it is easy to mold and can be produced in various three-dimensional shapes.

It can be applied from ultra-low temperatures below minus 160°C to high temperatures of 120°C, and maintains a long life with an external covering material of composite layer, perfect production facilities, and thorough quality control.
