Ultra-efficient microporous insulation of easy construction (Qulited type)
FLEXTHERM is optimized for high-temperature irregular power generation facilities by manufacturing ultra-high efficiency microporous materials in the form of lattice quilt, and has 200% superior insulation property compared to aerogels so that there is no concern about interference between facilities due to thick insulation.
It is a new concept of high-efficiency thermal insulation in which spherical silica particles in micro units are compressed/molded to block heat conduction and to block convection and radiation through numerous diaphragm.

It has a thermal conductivity of 0.027W/mK or less at 100°C and provides excellent insulation performance compared to conventional insulation materials. (thermal conductivity of 0.045W/mK or less at 600°C, about 200% better than aerogel insulation materials)

It is flexible in the form of a lattice quilt, making it very convenient to construct and can be manufactured in the form of a removable cover, making it easy to apply to areas where the insulation needs to be detached.

FLEXTHERM's excellent thermal insulation performance ensures the same performance with approximately only 74% of the aerogel thickness and approximately only 30% of the E-Glass thickness.
Construction of narrow areas is possible with low thickness of thermal insulation.

Water-repellent coating is possible as requested by the customer, and there is no problem with CUI and performance degradation due to moisture absorption.

Fumed silica and perlite are eco-friendly materials that are harmless to the human body and secure semi-incombustible performance due to the nature of inorganic materials to improve safety against fire.

It can be applied to high temperatures of 950℃, and has excellent performance even at high temperatures.
